Your Key Responsibilities

• Associate Engineer - Quality Engineering in the Schaeffler Special Machinery (SMB)Department in Wooster, Ohio.
• Knowledge ofproduction equipment and automation for the Schaeffler Production System.
• Knowledge of custom equipment for manufacturing including assembly, inspection, process control, gauges, etc.
• Support project management role in realizing the solution as agreed in specification, in cooperation with customers and internal departments involved.
• Implementquality procedures, tools and methods in business processes and operations, for an organization or a function assigned.
• Elaborate and update guidelines, methods and processes, and provide instructions to organizations for proper application.
• Analyze, file and report on all quality-related information.
• Maintain documentation needed for certification and carry out external quality managementreporting for official authorities and ISO9001.
• Support internal and external inspections and/or audits and provide respective documentation.
• Collaborate with and provide advice to staff and management in quality management-related topics and provide respective trainings.
• Software experience with SAP, MicrosoftOffice, etc.

  Your Qualifications
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

    • Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
    • Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
