Job Description:
We are recruiting for a leading producer of rigid and flexible
PVC sheet searching for a talented shift supervisor.
The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years experience as a sheet
extruder operator and 5 years as a supervisor. The candidate needs
to have some type of experience in the plastic field.
Excellent knowledge of operational, mechanical, and electrical
aspects of sheet extrusion operation. Must be able to manage,
motivate, train, communicate and cooperate with the total
operation. Successful applicant will have a broad knowledge of
quopment, production, materials handling and quality control
procedures with safety considerations. Willing to work on the
production lines and troubleshooting/maintaing equipment, as well
as supervising line workers.
Candidate must understand that this is a working supervisor
position - hands-on experience will be required, good communication
skills.
