As the company continues to expand its portfolio, this role presents exceptional growth potential for the right candidate.Compensation Package:Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)Incentives: Bonus potentialBenefits: Comprehensive health and medical coverage, paid time off (PTO), 401(k), and more!Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and performance goals for team members.
• Analyze sales statistics to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Regularly track results and market trends to enhance business forecasting.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on team and individual performance metrics.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate and nurture partnerships with potential clients to expand the hotel's market presence.Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
