Responsibilities:
--- Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team in Cleveland Ohio, US to improve their sales performance and foster their professional growth
--- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation strategies to drive company expansion
--- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to assess sales activities, monitor progress, and plan for future objectives effectively
--- Develop customized sales plans for each sales representative, set individual sales targets, assign territories, and conduct regular training sessions to ensure team success
--- Establish sales strategies and goals to meet predetermined sales targets efficiently
--- Set clear targets and objectives for the sales team in alignment with overall company goals
--- Offer support to sales team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback
--- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each team member, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions
--- Collaborate with other department leaders to streamline operations and optimize overall sales performance
--- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and development
--- Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to teamwork

Qualifications:
--- Roofing or Insurance Restoration Sales experience
--- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
--- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
--- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
--- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales or similar environment
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and inspire team members
--- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions
--- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
--- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools
--- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
--- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
