Global Distribution Operations team is responsible for ensuring the
timely and accurate fulfillment of our products to our guests
around the world via our retail stores, our ecommerce platforms,
and our channel partners. This includes the management and
optimization of our owned and operated facilities as well as
collaborating with our 3PL partners across multiple international
markets. This function is highly collaborative and partners closely
with Global Fulfillment, Product, Channel, People, and Technology
teams that support Global Distribution capabilities today, and
collectively orchestrate a paralleled push to achieving our
strategic and operational goals. Our Global Distribution teams are
part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. a day in
the life
- Serve as the main point of contact in all aspects of vendor
compliance, vendor manual, and compliance chargeback issues
- On board new customers with vendor compliance requirements and
identify and address operational concerns, facilitate related
documents and manage and negotiate a vendor waiver program.
- Review vendor compliance manuals and expectations as part of
new customer evaluations and negotiations
- Ensure all proper procedures are in place and coordinates with
other internal groups in the management and development of
alternative solutions.
- Reviews and evaluates chargeback errors and decides best course
of action to determine root cause.
- Work with internal departments to communicate results of
chargeback research and develop corrective actions to reduce
recurring chargebacks.
- Develop and provide reporting to management highlighting trends
in chargebacks and wins.
- Ensure proper level of back up is in place to support
chargeback decisions.
- Ability to navigate multiple databases and applications with
proficiency to assist/guide in the research and investigation of
various chargeback claims.
- Works with key accounts to minimize future chargeback
errors.
- Oversee and manage the revision process and flow of
updates/changes to customer requirements.
- Establish a documented baseline for the services and
capabilities we currently provide, identify potential variances,
and lead assessments to determine enhancements and changes to
service capabilities.
- Manage archives to support potential claims and dispute process
and identify viable operational process improvements.
- Collaborate with peers within Global Distribution functions and
key business partners across Global Fulfillment and channel
partners to drive continuous improvement in our ability to better
serve our alternate channel business requirements.
- Develop presentation content and deliverables to support senior
executive updates and business reviews.
- Mentor, coach and develop talent through the Global
Distribution organization. This includes creating development
plans, succession planning, the yearly review process and offering
both positive and constructive feedback.
- Champion lululemon's culture and core valuesqualifications
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
preferred
- Minimum of 5-7+ years' experience in vendor compliance,
wholesale fulfillment support, and/or customer service
- Experience managing vendor compliance programs preferred
- Experience using Manhattan WMS, RMS, and EDI systems
preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong business, leadership, planning and organizing skills;
including the ability to provide innovative, strategic ideas to
management, communicate value, gain approval and implement
effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence peers,

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation
offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that
recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical
hiring range for this position is from $103,500-135,900 annually;
the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent
employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive
annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
