Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance
Management/Standardization Lead to enhance revenue cycle
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business,
ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Leverage revenue cycle expertise to identify opportunities for
process improvement and accountability
Deliver analysis on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track
performance metrics and support leadership with ad hoc analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Proven ability to interpret business needs and drive success for
others
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding time management skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously
