Akron, Ohio, Area NP/PA Pain Management Job

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant
  • Must have some post training experience working as an APP in any specialty (no new grads)
  • Client is open to training those that don't have specific pain management experience, though
  • 90 day training period provided
  • Reason for need: growth
  • Work alongside three physicians and give APPs
  • Work for a physician owned interventional pain management group
  • Group has six locations in the area - all within 20 minutes of each other
  • You'd rotate through 3-4 locations (set weekly schedule)
  • You'd work Monday-Friday
  • Fast paced environment
  • No call, no weekends, no holidays
  • Procedures are not required for their APPs
  • Trigger point injection training is available, if you're interested
  • Group does full scope interventional pain management to include procedures, injections, medication management, Botox treatment, depression screening/counseling, dry needling, and much more
  • Group performs more than 6,000 procedures annually
  • In house physical therapy and behavioral health
  • EMR: eClinicalWorks
