Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Liquidity to lead its
liquidity management team and optimize the bank's liquidity
position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of risks to the company's liquidity position in
alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic objectives
Develop and execute liquidity strategies to ensure sufficient
liquidity for operational needs and compliance
Monitor liquidity metrics and collaborate with various teams to
enhance liquidity management practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree, MBA, or CFA
preferred
10+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in
liquidity management at a bank or regulated financial
institution
In-depth knowledge of banking industry best practices for liquidity
management and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership qualities with experience in team development and
management
Established reputation for subject matter expertise and technical
knowledge in liquidity management
