Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager - Planning to join
their Workforce Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop forecasts and capacity plans based on statistical analyses
and operational metrics
Administer staffing and resource plans while coordinating with
recruitment and operations leadership
Design and present workforce reports and dashboards to
stakeholders, identifying trends and insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
5-6 years of experience in workforce analytics, planning, or
management within a large global call center
Experience with forecasting techniques and labor modeling
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with capacity planning
tools
Solid understanding of workforce management fundamentals
