  • Dream up and deliver an innovative memory care program that meets the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Lead the memory care team with finesse, ensuring personalized and high-quality care at every turn.
  • Team up with healthcare pros, residents, and their families to tailor care to individual needs and preferences.
  • Design and oversee engaging activities that spark cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being.
  • Keep us on the straight and narrow by ensuring compliance with all memory care regulations and best practices.
  • Cultivate a supportive, inclusive environment that upholds the dignity and independence of our residents.What You'll Bring:
    • A current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
    • A solid background in memory or dementia care, with a keen understanding of best practices and person-centered care.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a knack for fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • Exceptional communication and people skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
    • A deep understanding of memory care program regulations and standards.
