Job Description:

Manage patient access operations to implement process improvements and ensure timely, accurate patient processes.Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing process improvements to meet Conifer and client goals
• Developing and implementing action plans to address identified areas of improvement
• Managing staffing activities, including documentation, staff selection, and training
• Communicating with client services to address client needs and concerns
• Effectively communicating and addressing issues that impede performanceFinancial responsibility varies by hospital size and revenue.This role has supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, and planning and directing work.Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include:
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
  • Ability to manage a budget and delegate tasks
