Meridian HealthCare in Boardman, OH is looking to hire a full-time Chief Financial Officer to serve as a member of our leadership team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

• 
  
• Ensure preparation of all statistical and financial reports in a timely, accurate manner for management and Board use.
  
• Revise and update financial management systems to meet current healthcare and funding requirements.
  
• Oversee billing of contracts and establishment of negotiated rates during contract initiation or renewal.
  
• Oversee revenue cycle including strategies for increasing cash flow, optimizing billing and claims management.
  
• Oversee financial and cost reporting and analysis.
  
• Develop all capital and operating budgets.
  
• Supervise the preparation of all required monthly and/or annual reporting (i.e. financial statements, grant reporting).
  
• Prepare and monitor the budget as compared with expenses and make recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
  
• Schedule and oversee the annual audit with an outside auditing firm. Gather and review all information necessary for the audit.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS FOR CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
  Bachelor's degree in business is required. Minimum of 5 years' experience.
