Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement VIP strategies to enhance engagement,
retention, and lifetime value of high-value players
Create tailored engagement plans using player data for personalized
experiences and exclusive perks
Act as the primary contact for VIP players, fostering long-term
relationships to maximize engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in VIP management within the gaming or casino
industry
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a
high-performing VIP team
Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate
VIP needs
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
