Unit Manager for Rehab Unit - RN at Centers Healthcare summary: The Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager at Boro Park Center oversees the rehabilitation unit, supervises nursing staff, and ensures the highest standards of care for residents. Responsibilities include mentoring less experienced nurses, reviewing resident care, addressing concerns from families, and collaborating with upper management. The role requires strong communication skills, a valid RN license, and preferably several years of experience in long-term care and charge nurse roles. Boro Park Center is hiring a Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Brooklyn, NY. Duties:

• Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit
• Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
• Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
• Maintain the standards of care for the unit
• Review Resident records & quality of care
• Monitor overall care & review individual Residents' cases
• Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
• Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management Requirements:
  • Bilingual Mandarin/English
  • Must hold valid State RN License
  • 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
  • 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
