  • Registered Nurse specialty in Oncologic Emergencies, COPD, pneumonia, ARDS, Gastrointestinal bleed, neuromuscular disease, drug overdose, oncologic treatment consequences, pulmonary hypertension, autoimmune disorders, and sepsis.
  • Job involves common treatments like mechanical ventilation, pulmonary artery catheter placement, CRRT, arterial pressure monitoring, cardiac monitoring, chest tubes, central venous catheters, chemotherapy administration, complex medication regimens, clinical trials, and plasmapheresis.

      • NRP required for specific OB units.
      • Tech Cert Verification preferred, not mandatory for Surgical Technologists and SPT.
      • HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually.
      • License Verification required within 30 days of start.
      • NURSYS Verification required for RNs, LPN/LVN, APs.
      • NIH Stroke Certification required for ER and all Critical Care RNs.
      • Dysrhythmia/EKG Exam and Remediation process detailed.
      • Ohio State - Proof of Fingerprint Completion required for APN candidates.
      • Ohio State - Background Acknowledgement required for Subs.
      • Ohio State - Dress Code to review and initial.
