Join our team as an E-commerce Merchandising Specialist and contribute to the success of our rapidly growing e-commerce team!Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Merchandising Specialist with a strong emphasis on SEO to join our dynamic team. As an E-commerce Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online product offerings and driving sales through effective merchandising strategies and collaboration with marketing and product management teams.Responsibilities:-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to develop and execute effective merchandising strategies for our e-commerce websites-- Optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, and images, using SEO best practices to enhance search visibility and organic rankings.-- Optimize product imagery and visual merchandising to enhance customer engagement-- Partner with product management teams to improve customer experience through the implementation of related products, service items, new product carousels, etc.-- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.-- Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-friendly landing page contentPM21Requirements: Qualifications: -- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.-- Proven experience as an E-commerce Merchandising Specialist or a similar role in the performance motorsports industry-- Understanding of online consumer behavior and shopping experience, and ability to utilize behavioral tools to monitor customer journey and identify possible customer experience issues. -- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics-- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.-- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.-- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems, such as Shopify or WooCommerce.-- Manage the creation and parameters of discount codes to support promotional campaigns.
