Production Worker

A local leading organization is currently seeking experienced Production Workers in Franklin, PA. Production worker positions require candidates to work with small hand tools and assemble small parts as well as label and package products. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for Production Worker role include but are not limited to:

• Operates production equipment

• Manufacturing and light assembly

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read and understand cutting instructions from a work order

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions

• Able to work in a team setting

• Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor

• Lifting will exceed 30 lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant (no lifting more than 50 lbs.)

• Ability to use power tools

• Must work well with others in a loud production environment

• Must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check

We have openings for the first shift (Monday – Friday from 7:00AM to 3:00PM).

Pay for this position is $9.00/hr plus overtime as needed.
