You'll be assigned to a Package Delivery Driver in the morning, and together, you'll work to get packages of all shapes and sizes exactly where they need to be. This position involves a lot of in and out of the truck, making deliveries, and greeting customers.Working as a Seasonal Driver Helper is a unique opportunity to learn new skills, build your confidence, and develop your teamwork abilities. • Excellent communication skills - you'll be working closely with your Package Delivery Driver and interacting with customers
• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs - this is a physically demanding role, but it's also a great way to stay active and healthy
• Enjoy working outside - you'll be spending a lot of time in the fresh air, making deliveries and interacting with customers
• Stamina - this role requires a lot of energy and physical endurance
• Legal right to work in the U.S. - this is a requirement for all UPS employees
• An eye for detail - you'll be responsible for ensuring that packages are delivered safely and efficiently
• Reliable and responsible - you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, and you'll need to be able to stay focused and motivated
