Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to
manage non-licensed transaction aspects from contract to close.
Key Responsibilities
Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate
transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closures
Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and
proper documentation throughout the transaction process
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders,
coordinating necessary scheduling and communication
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title
administration, or transaction coordination
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume
environment
Proficient in navigating multiple software systems effectively
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in providing exceptional customer service with a
people-first approach
