Maintenance Technician
2nd Shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 am) - $2.50 shift differential
Up to $1,750 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ALL NEW HIRES!!!
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems
Capable of rebuilding or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions
Familiar with CNC machines, punch presses, and spot-welding equipment
Responsible for project management work and/or documentation of product equipment or processes
Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance)
Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time
Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts
Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM), a division of Stanley Black & Decker, is a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. Must be able to fabricate, weld, or machine parts as required.
Must have some knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting including power transmission, fluid power, and pneumatics.
Must possess good mechanical aptitude and have the ability to work on close-tolerance equipment and/or parts.
Must be able to use math to calculate dimensions and determine equipment setups.
